Pulverized coal by roots blower into the kiln, the expansion of the central air duct to adjust the flame thickness pipe (Center for adjustable swirling wind, the pulverized coal in a certain direction to break up, the pulverized coal spray and combustion. 1. Pipes
From outside to center is axial air channel, swirling air channel, coal air channel, center air channel and firing channel separately, the firing channel is for firing, so it's called four channel.
2. Nozzle
It's made of special material, the outlet cross section area of axial air, swirling air and coal air can be adjusted, to adjust the ejection speed of each channel. The whole set nozzle is key part of ensure flame shape.
