Production introduction:
The vertical preheater is one host device of the active lime equipments, and its main function is to sent limestone from the upper part to the body of preheater, while using high-temperature exhaust gas (850°C) discharged from the calcinations kiln to preheat the materials evenly into 750°C in the preheater, and in the preheating process ,there is 30% CaCO3 will decompose and then pushed into rotary kiln for burning by the hydraulic push rod .So such a calcinations process not only shorten the time of limestone burning in the kiln, but also get a high degree of the active lime.
Features and Advantages:
1. Push head and main parts of body is made of heat resistance steel, so it can work in 1000~1100high temperature, and have long operation life.
2.Refractory bricks liner with good design and sealing, to insure the material is preheated equally and reach to preheating temperature.
3. Recycle the heat energy in waste air that discharge from kiln tail effective, increase utilization ratio of fuel, at the same time, it's benefit to dedust;
4. The vertical preheater is used in calcination system, the length of rotary kiln will be shorten, to reduce the heat loss on the surface of rotary kiln and floor space;
5.With good combined revenues, the capacity will be increased 30%, thermal efficiency will be increased 40% after use vertical preheater.

Vertical preheater system primarily including six parts:
The above feeding system:Mainly including the above hopper and feeding pipes, feeding method and structure can guarantee the safe sealed when feeding materials into the body of preheater, so that the cold air from outside can not enter into the preheater ,and it can also make use of Stick valve to achieve continuous feeding.
Preheated body: It is an important part to ensure that the materials can be preheated to more than 750°C,and it is made up of the preheated room, hoisting devices, refractory lining and other parts. Most of the structure in this part is metal component, and some of them ,we choose the heat-resistant steel according to the need of the material, as the heat-resistant steel can work under 1100-1000°C. Besides, with nice design and good sealing, the refractory lining can ensure that the materials can be evenly preheated and reach the preheat temperature in the body.
Push feeder: mainly including push head, framework, connecting rods and other parts. And the push head applies the cast and welded heat-resistant steel, it can bear high temperature. Besides, each hydraulic push can follow the automatic control program to achieve sequential pushing. with the help of electric and hydraulic system.
Hydraulic system: Mainly includes the oil tank, the oil pump, motor, the solenoid valve, the hydraulic oil pipe, etc. And its main role is to control the Push feeder to complete pushing.
Lower part feeding room: Mainly includes the elephant trunk, the loading main feed compartment, and the feeding mouth, its main function is to import the materials into rotary kiln after preheating
Framework: It mainly includes the column, ring beam and other parts; and the main role is to bear the above part structure of preheater.
