ZK-15 granulator is consist of feed hopper, reversible screw, main weigher hopper, assistance weigher hopper, constant pressure metering tank, fine powder collector, fan, granulator, and control system.





Zhengzhou mining machinery develops ZK - 15 granulator by six months and more than 8000 times of pilot production. The mixing evenness 99.9% and granulator rate: 16-80 mesh ≥ 90%, discharging per 5-10 minutes.
ZK-15 Granulator is consist of feed hopper, reversible screw, main weigher hopper, assistance weigher hopper, constant pressure metering tank, fine powder collector, fan, granulator, and control system.
The operation start from computer control, the lubrication system will be start-up by the control system automatically, then the fan, granulator will start work. The feed hopper will feed material to reversible screw, the screw will distribute material to main weigher hopper and Assistance weigher hopper. The material in the main weigher hopper will feed to granulator, the material will revolution in high speed.
Meanwhile the water will feed to granulator from the constant pressure metering tank. The material will becoming globular, then the Assistance weigher hopper will add material to the granulator, and the little ball will be bigger and round. When the sand roundness and smooth can meet requirement will be discharged to next process.
