Product introduction:

ZSW Series Vibrating Feeder is designed by the principle that eccentric axis produce exciting force , primarily for continuous and uniform feeding before crushing coarse materials ; at the same time, pre-screening fine material, so that the crusher is  more efficient. The equipment vibrates steadily, and can adjust the rack's clearance, which prevents the material plug. The speed motor is optional, easy to control feeding, without the motor's frequent start.

Working Principle:
The motor drives the pully through the belt, then transmits power to the drive shaft, and the drive shaft pulls the driven shaft to do the eccentric motion. The whole frame vibrating as the motor is working. And the ore was tranported to the next machine. During this process, the Vibrating Feeder can screen the ore primarily.
