1. Difference Between Heavy burned and light burned magnesium:
A)Heating temperature 640ºC: CaCO3 =CaO+CO2↑ Magnesite begin to decompose
B)Heating temperature 700-1000ºC: Magnesite transfer into power-Light burned magnesium
C)Heating temperature 1400-1800ºC: Magnesite transfer into block-Heavy burned magnesium(Heavy burned magnesium has high refractoriness)
D)Heating temperature 2500-3000ºC:Fused Magnesium Oxide or melting.

Transported by inclined Belt Conveyor, the fine crushed dolomites will be sent to the Hopper on the top of Preheater and then discharged into Preheater by feeding chute. The high temperature gas from rotary kiln can preheat the dolomites to 800ºC. Some of the dolomites can dissociate after preheating. After this process, the dolomites are push out by hydraulic push-rod and get into the Rotary Kiln for calcination with 1100-1250ºC through transfer slide. After calcination, all the materials are discharged into Cooler for cooling to less than 100ºC and then discharge to next process for grinding.
