Production application:
Rotary kiln is widely used for many industries like metallurgy, chemical industry, building refractory materials, environmental protection, etc. The Rotary Kiln consists of cylindrical shell, supporting device, supporting device of thrust roller, driving unit, moveable kiln head, sealing device on the tail of kiln, coal dust pipe device, etc. The kiln body has a certain tilt angle with level. The whole kiln body is supported by the roller supporting device, and it is also equipped with thrust roller device to control the up and down movement of the kiln body.
Product structure:
1. Support device: Advanced shaft structure, automatic temperature measuring device and electrical heating.
2. Catch wheel: Including two kinds mechanical wheel and hydraulic pressure.
3. Gears: Single or double. Control the rotating speed by variable motor, DE machine and frequency variable motor. Be reliable, energy saving, and efficient.
4. Cylinder tyre bolster: Lower bolster has three types: Fixed, zoom and floating. The structure is simple, replacement is convenient and won't hurt cylinder.
5. Sealing equipment: There are many kinds for choice according to kiln models, including air cylinder edge sealing, spring edge sealing, and graphite block sealing and combination for above. The feather is adaptive for cylinder rotating and swing. And sealing effect is very good.
6. Kiln head hood: Including stationary type and flexible type.
Features of rotary kiln:
1. Stable function, low energy consumption, high output, easy to operate. Rotary kiln's structure is simple, production process control conveniently and reliably and it is less wearing parts and high operation rate.
2. One hand, rotary kiln is the combustion equipment, in which coal powder burns to produce heat; Another hand, rotary kiln is the heat transfer equipment, raw materials absorb the gas heat to burn. Fuel combustion, heat transfer and material movement must be reasonable co-ordination to make the heat produced by material burn transfer to raw material timely when raw material go through the rotary kiln. This can reach the high-yield, high-quality and low consumption of purpose.
3. The rotary kiln firing system is equipmented with technological innovation, This system adopts the domestic advanced technology, such as the most advanced hydraulic block wheel device, a high measurement accuracy of measurement piston pump, high-precision control valve and contact-type graphite block sealing device.
4. Easy to operate, reliable use. Stabilize the thermal system, and improve the equipment operation rate, increase 10% operation rate compared with the same specifications equipment, production increased by 5% -10%, reduction 15% heat loss.
