1. Usage Of Cement Kiln:
1). Cement kiln is used for making of cement clinker and there are dry and wet methods to make cement.
2). Metallurgy chemical kiln is used in metallurgy industry and ironworks for lean iron ore, chromium ore and ferronickel ore calcimine.
3). Rotary kiln is used for calcimine of high aluminum vandal ochre in refractory material industry; For calcimine of calotte and aluminum hydroxide in aluminum manufacturer; For claiming of chrome sand ore and chrome powder ore in chemical plant.
2. Kinds Of Cement Kiln
Rotary kiln belongs to building material equipment, which can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgy chemical kiln and lime kiln according to different materials.
Rotary kiln is widely used for many industries like metallurgy, chemical industry, building refractory materials, environmental protection, etc. The Rotary Kiln consists of cylindrical shell, supporting device, supporting device of thrust roller, driving unit, moveable kiln head, sealing device on the tail of kiln, coal dust pipe device, etc. The kiln body has a certain tilt angle with level. The whole kiln body is supported by the roller supporting device, and it is also equipped with thrust roller device to control the up and down movement of the kiln body.
Product structure:
1. Support device: Advanced shaft structure, automatic temperature measuring device and electrical heating.

4. Cylinder tyre bolster: Lower bolster has three types: Fixed, zoom and floating. The structure is simple, replacement is convenient and won't hurt cylinder.
5. Sealing equipment: There are many kinds for choice according to kiln models, including air cylinder edge sealing, spring edge sealing, and graphite block sealing and combination for above. The feather is adaptive for cylinder rotating and swing. And sealing effect is very good.
6. Kiln head hood: Including stationary type and flexible type.
Features of rotary kiln:
1. Stable function, low energy consumption, high output, easy to operate. Rotary kiln's structure is simple, production process control conveniently and reliably and it is less wearing parts and high operation rate.
2. One hand, rotary kiln is the combustion equipment, in which coal powder burns to produce heat; Another hand, rotary kiln is the heat transfer equipment, raw materials absorb the gas heat to burn. Fuel combustion, heat transfer and material movement must be reasonable co-ordination to make the heat produced by material burn transfer to raw material timely when raw material go through the rotary kiln. This can reach the high-yield, high-quality and low consumption of purpose.
