Scraper conveyor is suitable for transporting granular materials such as: calcined dolomite, ferro silicon particles, carbon & etc.
 

Application of Scraper conveyor

Scraper conveyor is the main transporting equipment for coal mine, chemical mines, metal mine, power plant and etc. It could transport the material horizontally, inclined or vertically. With reasonable structure, multiple materials could be transported. It could realize stable running and small noise, because scraper moves due to the transmission of plant differential gearbox.



Features and Advantages:

1. Strong adaptability, this machine is suitable for the conveying of bulk materials, particles, blocks which is not sticky, especially for large blocks, materials with sharp corners, scorching material conveying, and in the course of transmission, cooling and washing are finished.

2. Compact device, convenient installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

3. Chain plate is with reasonable structure, good rigidity, impact resistance.

4. Rolling friction instead of sliding friction, low running resistance.

5. The max dip angle can be 45°.

6. When the transmission distance is no more than 30m, plate chain can be used for traction pieces.

7. When the distance is more than 30m, it is necessary to use the plate chain to tract.
