Production introduction:

The dolomite produced by rotary kiln with stable quality, high activity and low ignition loss that can make higher magnesium extraction rate and silicon utilization rate to save running cost. The rotary kiln is the most suitable equipment for produce magnesium. The new type energy-saving rotary kiln designed by ZK Corp. has own patent and formed dolomite calcination standard for magnesium industry in China.

 

 

Application

Rotary kiln is mainly used for metallurgy, building materials, ores and other mineral materials, heating and calcining. Such as ceramic sand, bauxite, limestone, cement, fly ash magnesium aluminum hydroxide, aluminum products, alumina refractory materials such as mineral particles and the heating and calcined powder.

Features and Advantages:

1. According to the character of dolomite and its calcination requirement, the structure of kiln inlet and outlet sections has been optimized. It can resolve the problem of material returning back to kiln inlet and the leakage of dust.
2.Inner of the kiln keeps micro negative pressure, dust pollution is lower.

Working Principle of rotary kiln:

The kiln is a cylindrical vessel, inclined slightly to the horizontal, which is rotated slowly about its axis. The material to be processed is fed into the upper end of the cylinder. As the kiln rotates, material gradually moves down towards the lower end, and may undergo a certain amount of stirring and mixing. Hot gases pass along the kiln, sometimes in the same direction as the process material (co-current), but usually in the opposite direction (counter-current).
