Raw Mill Product Introduction
Raw mill is mainly used for grinding raw material in the process of cement production and mixing materials. ZK raw mill is designed by enhancing advantages and avoiding disadvantage in the separating flow grinding system. Except with all advantages the mill should have, raw mill have made a major improvement to the traditional ball mill. Compared with the same specifications of ball mill, the production of the raw mill has improved greatly, the powder finer, the surface area increased, and achieved high yield and high finer. It provides a new type of grinding equipment for producing high quality cement.
Working Principle
When the raw mill works, the motor makes the cylinder rotate through driving the reduction gear, the material is evenly passed into the first storehouse of the mill from the feeding apparatus through the hollow shaft spiral. There are different types of scale boards such as stepped plate or corrugated plate, and with the different specifications of steel ball. As the cylinder rotates with the friction and centrifugal force, the material and the steel ball in the capsule following the scale board falls at the certain height, makes the material cast continuously and rush down, and the materials were crushed under the effect of impact and grinding gradually. The smashed materials were discharged by the mouth of the cylinder body. After the discharged materials in the classifier were filtered to the qualified products, the raw materials by feeding apparatus comes back into the raw mill and continue to grind.
