Powder selecting machine  is high-efficiency dynamic classifier of the third generation, which has been widely applied in the powder grinding system of the cement companies. The improved O-Sepa classifier is a kind of high-efficiency classifier developed on basis of the technology of common O-Sepa classifier and using the most advanced technology in the world. Compared with the common O-Sepa classifier, the improved O-Sepa classifier has the following characteristics in its structure:
The rotor blades of special shape replace the rotor blades of the normal shape, which makes the classifying area of the classifier increase, with higher classifying efficiency of materials and better classifying effect in practice. 

   


Features and Advantages:

The classifier rotor is equipped with the vortex scrambler, which has the following advantages:
a. Avoid the pressure drop generated by the vortex to lower the pressure drop of the classifier.
b. Transfer the energy produced due to airflow rotation to the rotor, thus reducing the drive's power consumption and avoiding the energy consumption generated by the vortex at the same time.
c. The tangential velocity at the classifier outlet is reduced due to the use of the vortex scrambler and moreover the wear and tear is reduced.
The distribution of finished particles is more uniform, while the particle size ratio is more reasonable.

Working Principle of Mineral Processing Ball Mill Powder Grind Machine 
   The ball mill is the horizontal tube rotating device, outer edge of the gear drive, two chambers, and lattice-type. By feeding device the materials evenly are fended into the first milling chamber through the hollow shaft. There are ladder lining plate or corrugated lining plate in the chamber, the mill containing different specifications steel-balls, the rotating of cylinder can make centrifugal force to the ball for a certain height of fall, they have a severe impact and abrasive effect on the materials. After coarse grinding in the first chamber, it will enter into the second chamber through single-layer partition plate, inner chamber is lined with plane liner which has steel-balls for further materials grinding. Powder discharged through the discharge grate plate to finish grinding operation.
