Features 

1. The upper feeding system: includes the upper hopper, the next material possession, the next feeding method and structure can guarantee to the pre-heater of the body feeding to achieve security when closed. So that the cold air from outside cannot enter into the preheater and feeding can make use of valve rod to achieve continuous or intermittent feeding.

2. Preheater body: it is to ensure that material preheated to 900 degrees celsius of the most important part. It is by the warm room, hanging devices and brick lining (which does not belong to the scope of design and manufacturing equipment) and other parts. That part of the structure of most of metal structures, part of the material according to the need to use a heat-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel to 1100 degrees celsius in 1000 to work under high temperatures. In addition, the refractory bricks lining structure, novel design, sealing is good, can guarantee the material in pre-heater evenly and achieve pre-heating temperature preheating.

3. Cement Plant Vertical Preheater
Vertical preheater system is mainly composed of six parts:
1. Upper feeding system: Mainly include upper storage bin and feeding pipe. The feeding mode and structure can ensure safe sealing while feeding materials into the preheater so as to prevent the external cold air entering into the preheater, and continuous interrupted feeding can be realized by using bar valve.
2. Preheater body: This is the most important part for ensuring that the materials can be heated to about 900 degrees Celsius. It is composed of preheating chamber, suspension system and refractory brick liner (this part is not included in the equipment design and manufacturing scope), etc. This part adopts most metal components and some heat resistant steel which can work in high temperature up to 1000-1100 degrees Celsius. In addition, the refractory brick liner is designed with excellent sealing performance, which can ensure that the materials can be heated evenly in the preheater and reach preheated temperature.
3. Pushing unit: This part is mainly composed of pushing head, frame and connection rod. The pushing head is made by casting or welding heat resistant steel which can bear high temperature. By using electronic control and hydraulic system, each hydraulic pushing rod can push materials in proper sequence in accordance with th e automatic control procedure.
4. Hydraulic system: This part is mainly composed of oil tank, oil pump, electromagnetic valve and hydraulic oil pipe, etc. It is mainly used for controlling the pushing unit to push materials.
5. Lower charging chamber: This part is mainly composed of chute, main body of charging chamber and charging chute mouth, and it is mainly used to lead the preheated materials into rotary kiln for calcination.
6. Frame: This part is mainly composed of vertical shaft and ring beams, using for bearing the upper structure of the preheater.
