Product Description

Belt bucket elevator, ring chain bucket elevator, plate chain bucket elevator is the universally lifting conveying equipment in vertical types. It is mainly made up of Movement part (bucket and traction belt or chain), Upper part with Transmission Drum, Down parts with Tension Drum, Middle Cabinet, Drive Device and so on.

A:  TDTG&TD Belt Traction Types Bucket Elevator

It adopt the canvas belt for transmission belt for vertical lifting the powder, granules and small blocks materials for example the grain, coal,cement etc. It's lifting height is from 4-40meters range. The conveying capacity is from 4-238m3/hour as per different material which the density at ρ <1.5t/m3 . The max material degree should below 60 degree, below 200 degree if use the heat resistant belt.

C: TH Ring Chain Types Bucket Elevator

 It adopt the forged low alloy steel ring chain as the traction device.It is mainly applied for the material which the density at  ρ <1.5t/m3. It's conveying capacity is at about 35-185 m3/hour as per different density materials. It's max heat resistant degress is about 250 degree. It's Lifting Height is at 4.5-40 meters range.

 

D:NE Plate Chain Types Bucket Elevator

It adopt the Plate Chain as the traction device.  It is the new design machine which according to the machine standard rules JB3926-85. It adopts system of the material automatic feeding, and gravity discharging way. The plate chain is high premium quality and strong alloy steel plate chain with the feature of Abrasion Resistance and durable.  The drive part adopts reducer with hard tooth surface.
