Product Introduction:
Magnetic separator is one of the most widely used machine in the industry. It used to remove iron powder from material. It is widely used in resource recovery, the timber industry, mining, ceramic, chemical, food and other workshops.

Application:
Magnetic separator adapts to the wet magnetic separation for magnetite, pyrrhotite, roasted ore, ilmenite and other materials which are under 3 mm size. It is also can be used for iron removing of coal, non-metallic minerals, building and other materials.

Working principle:
After flowing into tank through the hopper, ore slurry become loose by the water which flow from the spay pipe. By the effect of the magnetic field, the magnetic ore become magnetic ball or magnetic chain. They are attached on the cylinder by magnetic adsorption. The no-magnetic minerals falls down by the phenomenon of magnetic stirring when the cylinder rotating. The left magnetic ball and chain on the cylinder is the concentrated ore. The concentrate ore will be washed down to concentrate tank by pipe water when the cylinder run to week magnetic field. If the cylinder is full magnetic shell, the discharge is done by brush cylinder. The no-magnetic material will left in the ore slurry and discharged out of the tank.
