Product introduction

Product features
The self centering shaft is adopted in the cement mill to ensure the normal operation of the rotary part of the cement mill. The lubrication adopts oil dipper, lubrication oil ring and automatic oil lubrication. These three forms can guarantee good lubrication in cement mill. Except the rod mill, cement mill bearings are generally provided with cooling channels of water cooling, ensure the cement mill bearing has good working conditions.


Working principle
This equipment is a horizontal cylinder rotating device and adopts the external gear transmission mode. The cylinder body part is divided into two chambers. The material from the feed device evenly enters into the first chamber of mill through the hollow shaft inside spiral blades. This chamber has the stepped lining board or corrugated liner, filled with different specifications of steel balls. The centrifugal force in the rotary cylinder takes the steel ball to a certain height, then fall down to crush and grind the material inside. The material is ground primarily in the first chamber and then enters into the second chamber through the single compartment plate. This chamber is lined with flat lining plate and filled with steel balls to grind the material furtherly. The ground powder is discharged through the discharging device to finish the grinding operation.
