Different kinds of ore will be primarily crushed by jaw crushers, when the crushed ore meets the suitable size, they will be sent to ball mill evenly by elevators and vibrating feeders, therein, they will be crushed and milled to even smaller size, and the process goes to next stage: classification. Spiral classifier washes and classifies the slury by the priciple that different sizes of particles sink at different speeds in fluid. The washed and classified slury then goes through magnetic separator and the magnetic material within will be separated. Afterwards, the primarily separated mineral parpicles will be sent to flotation machines, mixed with different chemical media, separating the needed mineral from other materials. The separated material contains a lot of water, so has to be concentrated by initial concentrator for enrichment, and then be dryed by rotary dryer. At last, dry minerials are abtained.

This series is the use of the material than the coefficient of magnetization, and through magnetic force and mechanical force will be separated from the magnetic material. Magnetic Separator can be divided into low-intensity magnetic field Magnetic Separator, in magnetic Magnetic Separator, High Magnetic Magnetic Separator.


By sorting methods can be divided into dry and wet Magnetic Separator, the magnetic field generated by electromagnetic methods can be divided into Magnetic Separator and Permanent magnetismMagnetic Separator. According to the structure can be divided into different drum, disc, roller, ring, to drum, to cage-belt and Magnetic Separator, and so on.

Production Process Introduction
After coarse crushing, fine crushing and screening, mined ores are crushed to the required particle size. Crushed ores then goes into grinding equipment such as ball mill, rod mill, and classifying equipment , for example, spiral classifier, in order to enable mineral particles reach the required granularity . Qualified ore powder will be separated by flotation machine, magnetic separation machine and other separating equipments. In the screening process, qualified concentrate powder will be selected, and the tailings will be sorted out. Fine ore powder goes into thickener and filtration equipment for dehydration, meeting the requirements for transportation and smelting.
