Structure and working principle of quick lime vertical cooler price :
1.After calcined by rotary kiln, materials flow into the vertical cooler lined with refractory.
2.The cooler has a square cross-section, in which there are evenly distributed central cooling air hood and compartment cooling air hood.
3.The cooling hood has duct connected with the external fan. 4.In the bottom of the cooler, there is discharge opening, and there is a motor vibration discharger under every discharge opening.
5.Materials accumulate and cover on the air hood, and form material layer with a certain thickness, the cooling air from the external fan blows through the air chamber into the air hood, contact with hot materials to complete heat exchange.
6.Materials cooled by the air are gradually discharged from the cooler by motor vibration discharger.
7.Air heated by the materials goes directly into the rotary kiln by kiln hood as a secondary air for calcination
