              Cement grinding Mill Used In Cement Grinding Plant

 

Cement clinker grinding station is a separate production unit of cement final product, this phase will add an appropriate amount of cement clinker grinding mixed materials, and output of end cement products. Cement production, the general line can be divided into raw material preparation, clinker and cement made three processes.Silicate cement production technology in cement production representative, is composed of limestone and clay as the main raw material, crushing, batching, grinding into raw material, and then feeding mature cement kilns burning material, and then cooked add appropriate amount of gypsum materials (sometimes mixed with mixed materials or additives) from Ground.

 

 Generally, cement clinker production line is established nearby the raw material site, and the cement grinding station is set up near the big - medium city where the main sale market of the cement is, thus will reduce the delivery fee,  if the clinker production station also set up in the city, because one tons clinker need to consume 1.6 tons raw material, which will add 60% raw material delivery cost. Otherwise, if the clinker production line stay together with the clinker grinding station in the raw material site, because the mixed material most are the city slag, these mixed slag will delivered to the raw material site, and final cement will also be delivered to the city, so add much more delivery cost,

 

 So in recent years, Most cement clinker grinding stations are established nearby the city, Cement grinding station is a green-effective industry.

 


Cement Grinding Mill Used in Cement Grinding Plant
Brief introduction of cement grinding station  process flow:

After crushed by hammer crusher, the large materials become small ones and are sent to storage hopper by elevator, edge of then evenly sent to the upper distribution plate of the turnplate by vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe. When the grinding mill is at work, all the grinding rollers are rolling in the ring, and the materials are driven to the edge of the turnplate by the centrifugal force and fall down into the grinding chambers where the materials are repeatedly pressed, crushed and grinded by the rollers.

The high-pressure air blower constantly inhales air within the grinding mill and,  in turn, the air flow with crushed materials are brought to the classifier whose high-speed impeller will screen the airflow: the unqualified particle size will fall and return to the mill for being reground while the qualified particle size mixed with air will go into the cyclone powder collector. Most of the qualified powders will fall an exit from the discharging valve at the bottom; a small proportion of the fine powders, with airflow, moves to the dust cleaner, and clings to the surface of the filter bags.

At the same time, the fine powders clinging to the surface fall down by the sudden vibration of the filter bags, which is caused by the instantly ejected high-pressure gas controlled by the pulse valve.The materials from the above two lots are sent by the conveyor at the bottom to get finished powders packed. In addition, filtered clean air will be emitted from the air outlet of muffler in the end.

Introduction to Cement Clinker

The cement clinker uses limestone and clay iron raw materials as the primary raw supplies based on an proper proportion of preparing raw, cooked to some or all the molten, and upon cooling and semi-finished products. Within the cement industry, the most typical silicate cement clinker major chemical composition of calcium oxide, silicon dioxide along with a smaller quantity of aluminum oxide and ferric oxide. Silicate cements clinker with right amount gesso common ground, i.e. Portland cement.

Clinker grinding system introduction:

The grinding system adopts two ball mills. Clinker, gypsum and additives are ground in a ball mill. Pozzolan is ground in another ball mill. In this way, pozzolan powder fineness will be good. If clinker and pozzolan are ground together, it will be difficult to meet the required fineness due to the pozzolan having a high Moh's value of 7-9. So that it will affect the final cement quality.
