2. Main Equipments:
Rotary kiln, ball mill belt conveyor, vertical preheater, vertical cooler, vibrating feeder, screw conveyor, bucket elevator, bag type dust, etc.
3. Technical steps:
1) calcine dolomite: Heat the dolomite to 1100~1200 temperature in the rotary kiln, then the dolomite changed into MgOCaO.
2) Dosing ball: Calculating. Dosing and grinding the MgOCaO...Ferrosilicon and flousper power, then press into ball.
3) Reduction: Heating the ball to 1200+10 tem in the reduction pot, keeping 8-10hour under the situation of 13.3PA or empty space. The MGO was reduct as magnesium vapour, then cooled into rough magnesium.
4) Refining magnesium ingot.: Heating the rough magnesium, and under the situation of 710 tempurature, made it into magnesium ingot, that is pure magnesium.
5) Scouring: Acid magnesium ingots, will with sulfuric acid, nitric acid cleaning surface or removed from the surface, make the surface appearance.
Production Process Introduction:
Fine crushed dolomites are transported by inclined belt conveyor and sent to the hopper on the top of vertical preheater. They are then discharged by feeding chute into the vertical preheater. These dolomites will be preheated to 800 degrees Celsius by flue gas of high temperature from the rotary kiln. After preheating, most of the dolomites will be discomposed. Then the dolomites are pushed out of the vertical preheater by hydraulic push-rod. By way of the transfer chute, they go into the rotary kiln for calcination with 1100-1250 degrees Celsius. After calcination, they are discharged from the rotary kiln into cooler for cooling to less than 100 degrees Celsius and then discharged for grinding in the next procedure.
