Plant process flow:
1.Clinker storage
Clinker will be unloaded into the hooper by wheel loader after being stored in the cement factory, then will be fed into the different silo by belt and bucket elevator .
2.cement clinker and mixed materials storage
Gypsum will be unloaded into the hooper after being stored in cement plant, then will be fed into the different silo by belt and bucket elevator through being crushed by jaw crusher.
3. Raw material blending
Five materials blending bins for clinker,gypsum and volcanic ash, Speed governable belt balances will be used at the bottom of the material blending bins. Raw materials will be blended according to requirements and fed onto the raw mill system by belt conveyor.
4.Cement grinding
After material blending at bottom of clinker silo, admixture silo and gypsum silo, material will be fed into the cement mill. Then material will be fed into cement separator by bucket elevator. Finished product will be conveyed into three cement silos via elevator. Coarse powder will return to mill to regrind.
5.Cement storage and Cement packing
Three round silos will be used for cement storage. Feeding cement from cement silo to packing machine, cement packer will be used for cement packing. Cement will be fed into vibration sieve by elevator, then into cement hooper, and then into cement packer. Bagged cement will be sent into loading machine by belt conveyor.
The weight of each bag will be measured and adjusted by electron balance when packing.
Packing system sets has the complete soot eliminating devices to ensure the exhaust standard.
Cement grinding plant introduction:
cement grinding is the key equipment for secondary grinding after crushing. And it is suitable for grinding all kinds of ores and other materials, no matter wet grinding or dry grinding. Besides, it is mainly applied in many industries, such as ferrous&non-ferrous metal mine, building materials, chemical, electric power, coal, traffic, light industry, etc. In our company, this series of high-efficiency ball mill adopts rolling bearing support instead of sliding bearing support with bearing bush. Therefore, it can save energy by 10-20%. According to different discharging ways, it can be divided into two kinds, grate type and overflow type.
Cement Grinding's working principle:
The cement grinding has horizontal cylindric rotating device, outer rotating with gear, two warehouses, is lattice-type ball mill. Material from the feeder device throuth hollow shaft of feeder evenly into the first warehouse of cement grinding , there are ladder liner and ripple liner in the warehouse , built by steel ball with different specifications , rotating cylinder produces centrifugal force take the ball to a certain height then fall,have a impact of the thumping and grinding for the material. After the material in the first warehouse reach coarse grinding,pass throuth single-wall partition into the second position, the warehouse lined with flat lining and steel balls in it ,have further grinding for the material . Powder discharged through the discharging plate to complete the grinding operation.
Cement grinding's structure:
This cement grinding is made up of feeder part ,discharging part ,rotating part ,transmission part(reducer,samll transmission gear ,motor,electric control) etc. main part.Hollow shaft adopt steel casting, lining can be converted,big rotating gear processed by casting gear hobbing .In the barrel there are board of wear-resistant,have a good characteriatics of wear-resisting.The machine is of steady operating and reliable working.
Host of ball mill include cylinder,and cylinder are equiped with liner made from wear-resistant material and bearing bear cylinder and maintain it to rotate ,also have driving parts,such as motor, and transmission gear, pulley, V-belt etc.
