Production introduction

Rotary Screen sometimes referred to as a drum shield or acoustic shield, is a tool used by audio engineers to avoid the sound control problems caused when louder instruments overwhelm quieter instruments and vocals on stage. It is a transparent acoustic panel or system of panels that are used around drums, percussion instruments, and possibly other loud musical instruments in order to acoustically separate unusually loud instruments from other musical instruments and vocalists that may be in close proximity.

Application:
 It is applied to fine crushing of various material of which compressive strength is less than or equal to 320Mpa, is applied to relatively small feeding material granularity and relatively small discharging gate, and is fitted for the secondary crushing.

Drum screen structure:
Drum screen consists of circular cylinder, rack, funnel, reducer, motor five parts. Smooth operation, low noise.
Drum screen through the speed reducer system to make the screening drum rotating at a certain speed, the material will get to separate by the screening tube.
up and down, the small material will discharge from the screening tube's front and lower part, the big material will discharge from the screening tube's lower and rear part.

Working principle :

Material feed into the hopper by excavator,high pressure water released and wash the mineral,then,mineral by forward into the drum.It is lifted up by the rotation and aerated as it fall back down.This finer material passes through the screen openings while the large material tumbles towards its eventually exit at the real of the drum.After that,the final mineral and water go through the sluice bow which is consist with gold grass mat.The no use mineral are washed out and the gold are catched by the gold grass mat.
