This machine consists of head parts, tail section, the middle section, the bucket chain assembly and a driving device.

1. Sand Bucket elevator Structure:
Bucket elevator is composed of machine cabinet, conveying chain, material hopper, driving wheel(head wheel), bend wheel(tail wheel), tensioning device, guiding device, feeding part and discharging part.
2. Working Principle of Sand Bucket Elevator:
Firstly sand hopper scoops sand up from warehouse and moves up to the top along with conveying belt and chain. Then bypass top wheel and turnover downwards, so bucket elevator throws sand to the receiver. Generally the driving belt of bucket elevator is made of rubber belt, installing on(below) the driving wheels and bend wheels, while bucket elevator with chain generally has double horizontal driving chains where there are a pair of driving chains and bend chain wheels on(below) the driving chain. Moreover, machine cabinet is to avoid dust.
