Working principle :
The formation of raw material ball general has two stages, cue ball( also known as ball core) period and growth of dense period. The cue ball formation period: fly ash, clay is hydrophilic higher material, with absorption ability of water. Clay after soaking has bond properties. When the mixture constantly adding to scroll through the pellet mill, small drops of water sprinkled on the mixture, the particles encounter water droplets, rapid adsorption infiltration, the particles formed on the surface layer of very thin water film, and the adsorption material in the rolling. Due to surface tension of water and stick kyu bond to form a small ball of nuclear- the cue ball, the size of the cue ball is generally about 3 mm 
diameter, the surface is very thin water film, which formed in the processing of the water gradual relocation through the centrifugal force and  the force of gravity.
 
The growth dense period:
 Due to continuous increase of the water, feeding, the cue ball rolling in the tray, the water film of the cue ball surface continuously suction and absorption, again and again, the cue ball gradually formed a pellet. At the same time, because of the mechanical action when scrolling, the compactness of the pellet, together with the bonding role of the clay, making the ball produce a certain mechanical strength, until the formation of the ball of raw material to meet the requirement,
 
 

 
Standard into a ball principle  
 The materials from the conveyor into the granulating pot, reducer drive in the clockwise, adding binders or water, the materials automatically into a ball to achieve the required granularity, placing for a discharge, into the bunker or away.
