Product Description:

ZK can produce rotary kiln with diameter Φ1-Φ5m, which is widely used in metallurgy, steel, chemical, refractory, ceramsite, papermaking industries. The kiln supporting has rolling and sliding type and the drive can use DC or AC variable frequency control. It has various seal types for different working condition . Great Wall can also design and customize non-standard rotary kiln according to customer's special requirements.

1.introduction of cement/lime rotary kiln

Active lime kiln is a type of rotary kiln and it is the main equipment used for calcining active lime. This equipment is mainly composed of the cylinder, supporting device, supporting device with catch wheel, transmission device, lubrication device, mobile kiln head and sealing device at the end of the kiln. Active lime kiln has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation and easy control of the production process.

7. Kiln head adopts the design of vertical cooler integrating kiln head cover. The construction area is small, good sealing, effectively avoiding hot waste gas emissions unsystematically.
