Single cylinder cooling machine

Rotary cooler is one of main equipment in the calcination system, it is mainly used for cooling high temperature material (1000~1200degrees Celsius) to 200degrees Celsius
. It has been widely used for cooling clinker, lime, calcined dolomite, mineral ore etc.

Working Principle
The equipment is a long cylinder? Shape? Setting on the supporting rollers with about 3.5% angle with? Horizontal direction. It rotates the shell with a low? Speed, during the rotating, material will be thrown by? Lifting? Shovel, and move downward from inlet to cooler outlet, heat will be dissipated to the air through cooler shell. The material will get cool during this process.
