Product Introduction
Bag house dust collectors, one of the most efficient and cost effective types of dust collectors available, can achieve a collection efficiency of more than 99% for very fine particles. This is due to dust particles loading on the filtration media, helping to block other particles as they approach in the air stream.
What separates a Bag house dust collector from other dust collector types?
In a bag house dust collector, contaminated air enters and passes through variably efficient media filtration bags. These bags can consist of a number of different materials, woven together to form a cross-hatched pattern of filter media. Some dust is more abrasive than others, so there are more durable bags available for particles, such as concrete and asphalt dust, diatomacious earth, granite, and many other types of Bag house Dust Collectors.
We offer a full range of collector designs and media choices to solve the toughest pollution control problems involving high temperatures, pressures and corrosives. Capacities to 200,000+ CFM.
All-welded fabrication for operation to ±20" WG (rectangular models); 11 gauge, 12 vertical wire cages are standard. Top and side bag models are available.
Feature:
1. High filtration capacity. Models from 16 to 720 filter bags and up to 125 000 CFM capacity..
2. Custom engineering. The systems in the Bagsonix series can be customized based on specific requirements.
3. Bigger volume air bag can be suitable for both high pressure and low pressure air supply.
4. Project integration. Avoids particle accumulation within plants, in order to better comply with NFPA regulations.
5.Standard filter bags. Not limited to obtaining replacement cages and bags from a sole source provider.
According to different Bag Quantity, Plenum Pulse Dust collector could be classified as 32bags/room, 64bags/room,96bags/room,128bags/room. Each kind will be divided into many different type-33 kinds in total.
