Raw Meal Homogenizing is characterized by low power consumption and good homogenization. The principle of raw meal homogenizing is that the raw material of the library top through 8 chutes is uniform distribution, and raw material of different periods in the library is lateral distribution. The design of the database system of raw meal homogenizing is more in line with raw material inflation mobility and radial oblique distribution. Circular areas are generally divided into eight districts and every five minutes turns inflatable, raw material in inflatable zone due to unloading loose and airflow is guided into the central area. Different raw material layer of library is vertically cutting material to realize the homogenization of the raw material. The raw material of different time into the central area is strongly mixed homogenization with gas to achieve the desired homogenization.
