The GZT Series grid vibrating feeder seamlessly integrates advanced technology sourced from Sweden and Finland, embodying a blend of imported surging and vibrating foundations.
This state-of-the-art feeder is engineered to deliver materials uniformly into primary crushers. Simultaneously, its grit-shaped screen effectively sieves out soil impurities.
By filtering out raw material debris, it optimizes the capacity for primary crushing. Perfect for feeding into crushers within hydroelectric sectors, construction materials, and extensive mining operations.



The vibrating feeder is composed of a robust vibrating frame, springs, a dynamic vibrator, and a motorized device. The vibrator features two synchronized eccentric shafts with intricately meshed gears. Correct installation mandates the precise alignment of these gears. Driven by motor power, these eccentric shafts rotate, generating significant linear force that propels the feeder's vibration. This mechanism facilitates the forward movement of materials, allowing finer elements to filter through the screening portion, thus achieving an efficient screening process.
