Production introduction
The compost machine , also called granulator or disc pelletizer, is used to make powder into ball shape, widely applied in cement industry, iron and steel industry and chemical fertilizer industry.With flexible transmission device, the motor drive the reducer to make the disc rotate.While add water or binding agent to the input material, the input material will be pelletized or prilled under the force of gravity, friction, binding power and centrifugal force.


Advantages of this machine are:
simple structure, easy-to-adjust and excellent in performance. This machine is suitable for conveying of materials with granularity less than 50mm, while it is not suitable for cohesive materials, easy-to-flow or hard-to-flow materials.

3. Disc granulator composed by disc bottom and section, the section can adjust up and down along disc body, the pellet can't be strain guarantee by flange at the end of disc section.

4. The scraper device composed by unpowered scraper and powered scraper, which supporting the use of optimized disc when cleaning the bottom and side, then the pelletizing result is very well and qualified pellets can be reached over 90%.
