The cement production line (cement plant) is a cement equipment production line composed by a series of equipment. This production line mainly consists of the process of crushing and prehomogenization, raw materials homogenizing, preheating decomposition, cement clinker firing, cement grinding & packaging.

The main equipments used in this whole production line include the vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, cement ball mill lifer, preheating system, cement rotary kiln and packing machine and so on. All the cement equipment in this line can be provided by our factory.


We carry out a detailed research on these fields: The proof of the technical program, the optimized of the technical process and the selection of the equipment function. We adopt an advanced and dependable DSC control system and network technology, In order to achieve the purpose that the cement production is high efficiency, energy saving and optimized control, to maximum reduce the number of the operated workers and the costs of the production. The construction of the production need about 21 months.

 

Cement ball mill (cement mill) is mainly used in cement clinker and cement production in the process of grinding, the grinding mill also applies to the metallurgical, chemical, electric power and other industrial and mining enterprises to grind all kinds of ores and other materials may be ground. It can be used for open circuit grinding, also applies to the circular ring and the powder selecting machine flow grinding. Cement ball mill (cement mill) has high grinding efficiency, large output, energy saving, and easy to control the grinding fineness and other characteristics. Cement ball mill (cement mill) can be used in dry production and wet production, can also work with the drying operation. Generally it is a widely used grinding equipment.

 

Product features

The self centering shaft is adopted in the cement mill to ensure the normal operation of the rotary part of the cement mill. The lubrication adopts oil dipper, lubrication oil ring and automatic oil lubrication. These three forms can guarantee good lubrication in cement mill. Except the rod mill, cement mill bearings are generally provided with cooling channels of water cooling, ensure the cement mill bearing has good working conditions.
