1. Rotary Kiln Structure:
Rotary kiln is composed of cylinder, gears, support device, kiln liner and kiln tail sealing equipment, kiln head hood and fuel device. As a heated pivoting part, cylinder is made of high-quality carbon steel plate and supported on the support device by wheel belt. There is mechanical or hydraulic pressure catch wheel on the first or several support device in order to control the turning of cylinder.
Gears make cylinder rotate according to process-required rotating speed through the ring gear in the middle of cylinder. Because of the need of installation or maintenance, the bigger rotary kiln has auxiliary rotary gears, which makes cylinder gyrate more slowly. To prevent enter of cold air and dust overflow, the reliable kiln tail and head sealing equipment are installed on feed and discharge end.
2. Rotary Kiln Product application:
Rotary kiln is a kind of thermal equipment, heating materials. It is widely applied in the fields of cement building materials, nonferrous metallurgy, ferrous metallurgy, refractory material, chemical materials and paper making.

1.The rotary kiln shell design fully take into consideration of the corner at shell flexible supporting to extend the lifetime of refractory bricks and castings.
2. YuXi rotary kiln adopt supporting roller bearing with big diameter and small ratio between length and diameter to improve the reliability.The bearing is automatic self-sligning bearing.
3.The better sealing effect of new type open gear hood sealing type.
4.The spring lamination overlying type lexible sealing, double layer spring lamination sealing increase the heat insulation layer to improve the reliability and lifetime.
5.Through precision measuring and infra-red scanning, the whole sintering process of rotary kiln can be monitored.
Classification:Rotary kiln can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgy chemical kiln and lime kiln according to the nature of materials.
1.Cement rotary kiln is used to make cement clinker, by using dry or wet method.
2.Metallurgy chemical rotary kiln is used in metallurgy industry and ironworks for lean iron ore, chromium ore and ferronickel ore.
3.Rotary kiln can also be used to make calcimine of ochre in refractory material industry, calcimine of aluminum hydroxide in aluminum manufacturing plant, and chrome sand ore and chrome powder ore in chemical plant.
