Working principle:
Working Principle of Lead Oxide Ball Mill: This state-of-the-art Ball Grinding Mill, featuring a horizontal type and tubular running device, incorporates two spacious warehouses. The grid design ensures seamless operation along the external gear. Materials are introduced spirally and evenly into the first warehouse via the input material hollow axis. Within this chamber, a ladder or ripple scaleboard is installed, alongside steel balls of varying specifications. As the barrel rotates, centrifugal force propels the steel balls to elevate and descend, facilitating the precise grinding and striking of materials. Once coarsely ground in the initial warehouse, materials transition to the second warehouse for refined regrinding. Ultimately, the output material board releases the finished powder, culminating in the completion of the product.
