Mechanical Agitating Flotation Machine With Auto Air Suction. New structure of impeller is backwards inclined double impellers equipped with honeycomb duct and dummy bottom. Therefore, the slurry in the tank will cycle upward and downward in a fixed flow manner, which is helpful to the suspension of those coarse particles. Air and slurry are naturally sucked without need for foam pump.





Application:
Flotation machine is mainly used for separating copper, zinc, lead, nickel, gold and other non-ferrous metals, and  it can also be used for ferrous metals and non-metallic rough and refined.

Working principle:

Flotation cell can be often seen in ore dressing factory, which is applied for sorting non-metallic material, and which is one important flotation plant. And what's more, flotation concentrator can be used for sorting the metal material including copper, lead and gold. And flotation cell is also being called flotation separator, flotation machine and flotation-cell.
The working principle of flotation cell: The mineral pulp being added pharmacy will be passed into the gas, and the electric rotor will bring the movement of part pieces to mix and stir in order to make the mineral and gas be sufficiently mixed, and at this minute, the grain of mineral pulp is above on the bubble, floating on the surface, which can reach the purpose of sorting the mineral material through blade scrapings.
