Product introduction:
Pulverized coal burner (also known as coal injection pipe) is suitable for the medium and small rotary kiln. The coal combustion system has the advantages of full combustion, lively and powerful flame, good stiffness, not hurting the kiln crust, excellent maintainability, low maintenance cost; The key parts are made of high temperature resistant ceramic element. The system has characteristics of stable and reliable working, low investment, etc.





Advantages:

   1 Reasonable structure design, fire adjustment easily, not only adjustment air volume of axial air, swirling air, but also adjustment outlet section area of axial air ,swirling air and coal air, to reach the goal of change outlet air speed of burner, to ensure fuel burning normally;

   2 Less use of primary air, and coal air mix with primary air, secondary air fully, make burning complete, to reduce coal consumption effective;

   3 Nozzle is made of special material, heat resistance and replacing easily;

Working principle:
Due to the jet wind produced the hot recirculation zone, the up and down wind velocity directly affects the shape and back flow of the recirculation zone. The size of the sudden expansion space is determined on the basis of the burning coal type. It is used to adjust the recirculation zone shape and back flow in order to meet the required heat of pulverized coal ignition.
