ZhengZhou Mining Machinery Developed Automatic Pellet Granulators
Granulator introduction:
Structure composition: Feed hopper, reversible screw, main weigher hopper, Assistance weigher hopper, constant pressure metering tank, fine powder collector, fan, granulator, and control system.
The operation start from computer control, the lubrication system will be start-up by the control system automatically, then the fan, granulator will start work. The feed hopper will feed material to reversible screw, the screw will distribute material to main weigher hopper and Assistance weigher hopper. The material in the main weigher hopper will feed to granulator, the material will revolution in high speed.
Meanwhile the water will feed to granulator from the constant pressure metering tank. The material will becoming globular, then the Assistance weigher hopper will add material to the granulator, and the little ball will be bigger and round. When the sand roundness and smooth can meet requirement will be discharged to next process.
The size 16-90mesh can be 95%, single product 20~40, 30~50, 40~60 can be 70%
