Prodcut description:
The new type magnesiumproducton line mainly consists of jaw crusher, ball mill, spiral classifier, floatation machine, thickener and drier, which plus feeder, hoisting machine and conveyor can make up the whole beneficiation production line. It features with high efficiency, low power consumption, high capacity, economic and practical. Moreover, we can designsupplementary equipments according to the customers' actual demands.
Working process:
The mining ore is carried into jaw crusher for preliminary crushing, and ore of the required fineness is put into ball mill for pulverizing and grinding by way of the elevator and feeder.The next procedure : Gradation.According to the principle of solid particle's proportion different, and its' speed in the liquid different, spiral classifier carries on cleaning and graduating to the ore mixture.After the cleaning and the gradation, the ore mixture passes through magnetic separator. Because each kind of ore susceptibility is different, magnetic substance in the ore mixture separates out by way of the magnetic force and the mechanical power.It is sent in floatation machine after magnetic separator's preliminary separating. According to different mineral characteristics in the different pharmacy, the wanted ore is separated from other substance.After the wanted mineral is separated, it contains the massive moisture, so it needs thickener for preliminary concentration and drier for drying, then turns into the dry mineral wanted.
