1.Service and solution
We can provide the hole set portland cement plant machinery design, manufacture, installation and EPC project. We design and manufacture portland cement plant machinery for new type dry method cement production line, which capacity is from 50t/d to 3000t/d.

 

2.Introduction of main portland cement production machinery
This portland cement plant mainly consists of the process of crushing and prehomogenization, raw materials homogenizing, preheating decomposition, cement clinker burning and cement grinding, packaging.

Cement rotary kiln is the main cement production machinery for portland cement plant and it has been widely used in cement, metallurgy, chemical industry, etc. This machine is made up of cylinder, support device, belt wheel support device, block transmission device, activity kiln head, sealing device, burning device components and other parts, this rotary kiln has such characteristics as simple structure, reliable operation, easy control of production process.

Cement raw mill and cement clinker mill are also main cement production machinery in portland cement plant,it is mainly used in grinding of cement finished product and raw materials, also to the metallurgical, chemical, electricity and other industrial and can be used to open streams, but also to the composition and the separator flow grinding circle. Cement mill has a strong adaptability of materials to production, broken rate large, easy to speed grinding fineness of the product and so on. Ball mill of cement production is capable of dry production and also can be wet. You can simultaneously grinding and drying operation.

 

These two main cement production machinery realize the main processing" two grinding one burning".In dry method portland cement plant,the grinding process consumption more than 60% power of the whole plant,including raw materials grinding 30%,coal powder grinding 3%,clinker grinding 40%,so to choose the suitable and save energy grinding equipment is very important for a cement plant.
