Description of Ball Mill

Ball Mill is a critical pulverizing machine after material was broken.This machine changes the intrinsic  grinding machine structure. Its body and ground plank are an integral whole. So when fix, it can be located on a plane surface only once. Use double tier roller axletree with centripetal spherical surface as the support of the host axletree can reduce energy cost by 30%. Ball mill is wiidely used in cement, portland,products, new building materials, refractory material, fertilizer, ferrous and nonferrous metal dressing, and glass ceramics production ndustry for wet and dry grinding of various ores and grindable materials, chemical and other materials. It is classified into wet and dry type. Our ball mill change the way of diischarging material, which can improve the milling of the granule, and make the capacity increase 15~20%.

 

Ball Mill Machine - Feature

1) The transmission machinery of grate ball mill substitutes large-scale double row self-aligning roller bearing for sliding bearing. It is easy to start and saves energy up to 20-30%

2) Adopt groove-type circular lining plate which is instrumental in increasing contact areas of iron balls and ores, and enhances grinding action and ore lifting capacity and decreases energy consumption.

3) Adopt overall frame, which makes it easy for construction and installation.

5) Equipped with oil-mist lubrication device which guarantees smooth operation of gears.

Ball Mill Machine  - Principle

Materials are put in cylinder through the feed opening and then thoroughly grinded, because the falling course of iron balls and ores can produce huge falling impact and autogenous grinding. The continuous feeding of ores can create considerable pressure to make ores move from feed opening toward discharge opening. Finally, acceptable particles are discharged from the discharge opening. The discharge opening is equipped with a discharge grate, and the ore pulp horizon of discharge opening is low. These two factors prevent ores from being overly grinded, and iron balls from being dismissed.
