Cement Rotary Kiln Application
Cement Plant Rotary kiln is mainly used in the calcination of cement rotary kiln. It has two types of dry cement production and wet cement production. Metallurgy&chemical rotary kiln is mainly used in metallurgy&chemical industry for lean ore magnetized rotasting in steel works, chromiumand nickel ore oxidizing rotasting, high aluminium vanadium soil mineral roasting in refractory plant, clinker aluminum hydroxide roasting in aluminum plant, and chromium ore sand&chromium mineral power and such mineral rotasting in chemical plant, lime rotary kiln(active lime kiln)is used for active lime and light burned dolomite rotasting in steel works and ferroalloy works.
Cement Rotary kiln

Working Principle of cement rotary kiln
The auto-combustion device provides heat resource for our rotary drier, which adopts down-flow heating method. When the mineral materials are fed into the cylinder, it flows down as a result of gravity. Meanwhile, they are repetitively scattered in the air so that they are in full contact with the hot air. The material is thus dried gradually.
We can provide full specifications of large and medium-sized mineral machinery, metallurgy equipment and building materials equipment, such as crushing machines, mineral processing equipment, cement production lines, rolling mill equipment, etc. These mining machines are reliable in quality and low in cost.
