Vertical Cooler Product introduction
It is a high efficient equipment that using countercurrent cooling air cool down material, which consist of kiln head hood, grate, cooling device. It has 4 discharge zone, each discharging zone has separate discharge device. The cooling air contact with material directly, the cooling effect is very good. Output temperature is 50degrees Celsius above ambient temperature.

Working principle
The cooling air directly has heat exchange with material and make the temperature below 100degrees Celsius, the air will go to rotary kiln as secondary air for combustion.
