Bag Dust Collector Product Overview:
ZMC pulse jet fabric filter is medium-sized with the reasonable structural design to bring about both the highly efficient dust collection and the small running resistance, with the pulse-jetting cleaning method to make the dust-cleaning efficiency good and with the reliable running for the simple maintenance and management. This type of dust collector is widely used in the industries of cement, metallurgy, electrical power and chemical industry for the purification of the dusty gas and the recovery of materials.




Bag Dust Collector Product Performance and Characteristics:
1. Right-angle pulse valves blow and clean the dust in a single row with power ful dust-cleaning ability.
2. The design of the piston rings in the mouths of the filter bags can make the good seal and the expedient assembly and removal of them.
3. The cages of the fi lter bags, with the high strength and stif fness, are made of the super quality steel wires with the multiple spot welding in the automatic production line and galvanized for protection, which can prevent the welding burrs from having any damage to the fi lter bags and reduce the friction between the filter bags and cages, which helps extend the service life of the filter bags.
