Rotary dryer structure:
Rotary dryer is mainly compose ofdriving device, supporting roller, thrust roller, cylinder, kiln inlet, kilnoutlet and sealing device.

3. Suitable shim between tire andshell will ensure the tire ring on the shell tightly to increase the shellstrength.
4. The main driving system uses newtype AC variable frequency technology. Compared with electromagnetic speedcontrol and DC speed control, that can save energy, have large range & highprecision of speed regulation, high efficiency and running smoothly.
Radial direction contacting typesealing device is adopted at kiln inlet and outlet. They are perfect suitablefor dimension tolerance of cylinder and skewing movement of cylinder. Thissealing device's feature is good performance, longer working life and easyfor replacement.
