Kaolinite is a clay mineral, part of the group of industrial minerals, with the chemical composition Al2Si2O5(OH)4. It is a layered silicate mineral, with one tetrahedral sheet linked through oxygen atoms to one octahedral sheet of alumina octahedra.Rocks that are rich in kaolinite are known as kaolin or china clay.

Step 1: Raw material
In the procurement process of raw materials, It has great superiority in rich raw materials and convenient transportation, tested the samples of material regularly from prospecting to inspection and application.It controls the procurement process strictly for the stability of production.
Step 2: Making powder
In the milling process, It adopts the advanced domestic ball grinder auxiliary with raymond mill for milling powder, controls the granularity of milling powder strictly from 350M to 400M. The crude ore has been crushed in each class and batched respectively. It inspects the granularity of milling powder strictly for its quality.
Step 3: Mixing powder
In the mixing process, charging mixture by computer, weighing in electronic scales, mixture ratio is exactly same with required. Controlling the mixing time reasonably from 20 to 30 minutes for the mixing unifity of materials.
Step 4: Making pelletization
In the pelletization process, It adopts the ø1.5 Rotary-type granulator. The workmen has been trained strictly before go on duty. The technics is spraying pelletization. The time of pelletization is 50-70 minutes, making sure the particle within the size range of technical requirement.
Step 5: Drying and sieving
In the drying process, The tube-type drying kiln controls the humidity of semi-finished products ,drying and dedusting, to be the perfect state for sieving. In the sieving process, The combined type drum sieve which was invented by our company can make sieving in multilayers, inspection several times. All of the particles will be controled by the first and second screen of the combined type drum sieve to tally with the size range.
Step 6: Sintering
In the sintering process, Different products adopts different technics. general products is sintered by natural gas in the rotary kiln, The automation cooling, smashing, dedusting, sieving, packing and deliverd to the storehouse.
Through the technical renovations, the rotary kiln calcining system equipment made by ZK has adopted the advanced hydraulic thrust roller device, the high measuring precession plunger pump, the variable speed adjusted valve, the contact graphite block sealing device and the other national advanced technologies. In order to raise up automation degree, the industrial TV has been used at the kiln head for monitoring of kiln, the simulation phosphor screen has been used for display of process flow; the infrared scanning system has been adopted for calcining zone to directly reflect the burning conditions on the computer. With the use of these new of these new technologies, it is direct in vision, convenient in operation and reliable in use. Therefore, the thermal condition can be stabilized and the running rate of equipment can be raised. Compared to same sized equipment, its running rate has been raised 10% up, production has been increased 5% to 10% and heat consumption has been reduced 15% down.

4. Cylinder tyre bolster: lower bolster has three types: fixed, zoom and floating. The structure is simple, replacement is convenient and won't hurt cylinder.
5. Sealing equipment: there are many kinds for choice according to kiln models, including air cylinder edge sealing, spring edge sealing, and graphite block sealing and combination for above. The feather is adaptive for cylinder rotating and swing. And sealing effect is very good.
6. Kiln head hood: including stationary type and flexible type.
