Rotary dryer is widely used in the field of building materials, metallurgies, chemical industry, cement, Food processing industry and so on. It can dry slag, coal powder, mining powder, clay, sand, limestone, cassava ,wood sawdust,manure, fertilizer, and so on. It is made into rotary body, lifting blade, driving device, supporting device etc. The dryer has advantages of reasonable structure, high efficiency, low energy consumption and convenient for transportation.
2.Raw materials requirement of rotary drum dryer:
a. the size should be less than 20mm ;
b. the moisture should be 60%-70%,after drying can be 5%-10%;
After the damp raw material is put into the drier from on end, it is turned over through strring-up rake inside the cylinder and distributed uniform in the drier and contacted with countercurrent hot air fully. It speeds up heat and mass conducting of dry. During the oeriod of dry, raw material is effcted by stirring-up rake with gradient and hot air, it can be moved and passed through the dry region and to star valve and then discharge the finished product.
4. Features of manure dryer
Compared with other dryers, rotary drying machine has the following features:
1) Large production capability, continuous operation.
2) Simple structure, convenient operation.
3) Low malfunction, low maintenance cost.
4) Wide scope of application. It can be used for drying granular materials, especially benefit for those materials with big adhesion.
5) Great operating flexibility. The production allows a larger fluctuation range in the output of products, but not influence the quality of product.
