Active Lime Calcination Plant is mainly composed of rotating part, supporting part, gears, kiln hood, combustion devices and other components. Guard plate of rotary kiln and kiln tail adopt individual casting, it is not only easy to install, but also has high heat resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The cold wind in the cold wind cover will realize the uniform cooling of kiln head cylinder and guard plate, making it more secure and reliable. Kiln hood is featured with large volume, making the air flow smoother. Kiln head and kiln tail adopt double sealing form, which is characterized by simple structure, easy maintenance and good sealing function.
