Lime Rotary Kiln Introduction

Our lime kiln can produce lime with advantages of strong ability to react chemically, low volume density and large specific surface. It has been one of the most preferred auxiliary equipments for steel-making, coking and calcium carbide industries. Moreover, it is also the best kiln type in limestone industries for its strong adaptability to raw and fuel materials, convenient maintenance and low consumption benefits.

Lime Rotary Kiln Working Principle:
It mainly consists of kiln body, sealing device for kiln tail, main and auxiliary driving device, burning device, discharging device, speed regulation , instrument control, PLC programming, interlocking device and dust-extraction device, etc.
CaCO3 is the main ingredient of the limestone, and CaO is the main ingredient of lime. The basic principle of lime burning is to preheat materials with low temperature, quickly burn them with high temperature, utilize the perheater and the kiln to heat the limestone and compose them into CaO and CO2., The chemical equation as below:
The structure chracteristic of ourcompany is:
1. The rotary kiln shell design fully take into consideration of the corner at shell flexible supporting to extend the lifetime of refractory bricks and castings.
2. Adopt supporing roller bearing with big diameter and small ratio between length and diameter to improve the reliability. The bearing is automatic self-sligning bearing.
3. The better sealing effect of new type open gear hood sealing type.
4. The spring lamination overlying type lexible sealing, double layer spring lamination sealing increase the heat insulation layer to improve the reliability and lifetime.
