Main Structure of Ball Mill
Ball Mill is made up of feeding part, discharging part, gyre part, transmission part, (decelerator, small transmission gear, generator, electrical control) and so on. The hollow axis adopts the cast steel and the lining can replace, the rotating big gear processes in the way of casting rolling gear. The barrel body is wearable well and bears wearable scale board. This machine runs steadily and works reliably.

Application of Cement Mill
Cement mill is mainly used for the grinding of raw materials and final products in cement plant. It can also be used to grind various minerals and other materials in metallurgical, chemical, electrical and other industries. It is not only suitable for open circuit grinding, but also can work with powder separator for closed-circuit grinding.

Characteristics of Cement Mill
Cement mill has a strong adaptability of materials to production, large crushing ratio, easy to adjust grinding fineness of the product and so on. Cement mill is capable of dry production as well as wet production. Grinding and drying can be achieved simultaneously by cement mill.

Working Principle of Vertical Mill
Motor drives the mill through reducer. Materials fall from feeding mouth to the center of mill, move toward the edge of mill under the centrifugal force and are ground by mill roller. Smashed materials are discharged from the mill's edge and at the same time are brought into the high efficient powder separator by fast hot air stream from the nozzle ring (air ring). After separating, coarse powder will go back to the vertical mill for re-grinding. Fine powder will be out of the mill with airflow and be collected in the dust collection device, which is the final product. Coarse granular materials unable to be brought up by hot airflow will fall down and scrapped out by scrapping plate and fed into the mill again via bucket elevator for re-grinding.
