Product Introduction
Rotary Kiln belongs to building material equipment, according to different materials, which can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgy chemical kiln and lime kiln. Cement kiln is used for making cement clinker and there are dry and wet methods to make cement clinker. Metallurgy chemical kiln is widely used for magnetic roasting of poor iron ore and oxidizing roasting of chrome and nickel in the steel factory; backing high-alumina mine in the refractory material factory; baking chamotte and alumina in the aluminum factory and baking chrome ore and chrome powder in the chemical plant. The Lime Kiln is used for roasting active lime in steel works and ferroalloy plants and light roasting dolomite.
Working principle:
Ceramic sand rotary kiln cylinder is the transmission part been heated, The kiln cylinder is bended with High-quality sedation steel, and the cylinder is supported on the 2-7 sliding or rolling bearing supporting device. There is also designed mechanical or hydraulic catching roller to control the cylinder axial rotation. The rotary kiln rotate through the transmission gear set in the middle of the kiln. For the convenient maintenance, The bigger model rotary kiln will be matched auxiliary transmission device supporting the kiln rotation with very slow speed. In order to prevent the dust, cold air and smoke overflow the cylinder, we special design the reliable sealing in the kiln head and tail. There are also designed temperature testing device and sample taking hole in the cylinder, also special designed pressure testing elements in the kiln head. For bigger model kiln, There is matched infrared thermometer to monitor the cylinder temperature.
